“I seek fresh inspiration through nature, traveling and educating myself on everything current that inspires me. I believe in good vibes and hard work. I am super friendly and love every client who sits in my chair. I am lucky to have amazing support from the people who trust me to use my talent and give me creative freedom to make them feel beautiful.”
Jen Yaccarino | Stylist
A master of blonding and color corrections, Jen has been an SPCS Stylist for over three years. Jen began working closely with Sara in Haddam before making the move to New Haven in 2017.
Known for making meaningful and loyal client connections through her effortless painting style, Jen loves creating natural blondes, balayage, & creating big transformations. She is proudly sponsored by Brazilian Bond Builder.
“I love how much of a ‘feel good’ career this is — making people not only look their best, but feel their best when they are in my chair.”
Brianna Perez | New Talent
Happiest when creating & connecting with others, Brianna’s eye for design spans from cosmetology to fashion. Brianna began chasing her dreams through Paul Mitchell, where her drive, talent & infinite potential made her “the one to watch.” Sari took note, and Brianna began training under Sara at SPCS immediately upon graduation.
Brianna is passionate about big color transformations and creating beautiful blondes, and feels most satisfied when she sees her clients face light up after their service. With passion and hard work come incredible growth, and the SPCS family is honored to be a part of her journey and thrilled watch her shine.
Once upon a time a marmont and a lion fell in love, and the pekingese was created. Historically revered, Pekers guarded the royal kingdoms of China. Today, Mac guards our royal palace and welcomes our lovely SPCS guests. When not guarding the Salon, he rests thoughtfully under the desk, stares adoringly at his mom, and enjoys long naps.
The longest standing, cutest and most cuddly member of the SPCS gang, Mac and his Momma, @saripaints, have worked together for eight years -- his entire life!
In 2020, Mac became a guiding figure to his little brother Mochi. Under Mac's tutelage, Mochi has quickly become a small but extraordinary member of the SPCS family, as well as an esteemed extension of the Pekingese legacy.
