Upon making appointments we are required to assign a credit card to each clients’ account. We are required to save the card number, the expiration date, the CVC, and the billing zip code. Upon saving this information to our system, the only information we see on our end is the card type and the last 4 digits of the card number.
Our system is secure and your card will only be rung if you choose to use it to pay for your service or if we have to enforce our cancellation policy which is stated below:
We kindly ask for 48 hours or more notice for cancellation/changes to your reservation. You can cancel your appointment by calling the salon and leaving a voicemail at 203-494-9684 or emailing email@example.com. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48 hours prior to your appointment we will charge $150 to the card associated with your account. No shows without a call or email will be charged for the full price of the scheduled service.
